The following is a list of chores that need to be done everyday on the farm. Always make sure that the chores are done and that you would know how to do them if other Wwoofers were busy with other tasks or on their day off etc.
Morning Chores
Walk Frodo, Jack, Lucy and Duchess. Requires two people and takes about 30
minutes.
Clean out duck, dog and chicken water bowls, with the small brush in the
dairy, and refill.
Feed the pigs and clean out the buckets afterwards.
Check that the water tank is being filled up.
Water the bottom garden using the hose pipe from the generator. Switch the
flow from the tank to the pipe, but never close both at once as this will over
load the generator.
Water the rose gardens behind and in front of Dorothy's house as well as the
nursery.
Water the gardens around Audrey's barn.
Housework - vacuum and tidy the Wwoofer house, clean toilet seat and shower,
fill mulch bucket in toilet, take chicken food to Dorothy, empty other bins if
required, wash Wwoofer's and Dorothy's clothes, make lunch for Wwoofers.
These guys are the wild ducks!!!
Afternoon Chores
Walk Frodo, Jack, Lucy and Duchess. Requires two people at around 4pm.
Make food for and feed chickens at around 4pm.
Refill the duck, chicken and dogs water bowls.
At 5pm one Wwoofer needs to go to Dorothy's house to help with making dinner.
